I live in the UK and miss the good food from the states. On occasions I buy products from american grocers online. The products are all ready made and perfect if you don't want to get your hands dirty or spend too long in the kitchen. I found this recipe on Musselman's website.

I live in the UK and miss the good food from the states. On occasions I buy products from american grocers online. The products are all ready made and perfect if you don't want to get your hands dirty or spend too long in the kitchen. I found this recipe on Musselman's website.
Steps

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Add the filling to the pie shell and using a spatula make the filling even.
- 3
Beat the egg whites and sugar with an electrical beater until they form a soft peak
- 4
Spoon on top of the filling and using the tip of the spoon form peaks on it.
- 5
Transfer to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- 6
Place on a cooling rack and cool to room temperature.
