Ingredients

12 muffins
  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 2/3 cupsugar
  3. 2 tspbaking powder
  4. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 3/4 cupwarm water
  7. 2 tspalmond extract
  8. 1/2 cupbutter melted
  9. 2eggs beaten
  10. 1 1/2 cupsfrozen cranberries

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. 2

    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

  3. 3

    In another bowl, mix water, butter (let it cool a bit first), almond extract and eggs.

  4. 4

    Blend into flour mixture. Add cranberries.

  5. 5

    Pour into lined muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes.

  6. 6

    Enjoy!
