This recipe is from my sister-in-law. The recipe is actually for Raspberry Almond Muffins, but you can substitute frozen cranberries or blueberries as well.

Ingredients

12 muffins

2 cupsflour
2/3 cupsugar
2 tspbaking powder
1/4 tspbaking soda
1 tspsalt
3/4 cupwarm water
2 tspalmond extract
1/2 cupbutter melted
2eggs beaten
1 1/2 cupsfrozen cranberries

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In another bowl, mix water, butter (let it cool a bit first), almond extract and eggs.

Blend into flour mixture. Add cranberries.

Pour into lined muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes.
