1.Mix all the 3 soaked daals and quinoa in a bowl.
2.Add all the ingredients except coriander and grind it with very little water.It is Important to maintain thick consistency of the batter to be prepared.
3.Once the batter is ready,add chopped coriander to it.This will give it a textured look when prepared.
4.In the meanwhile, keep the waffle iron hot and ready. once it is ready, spray some oil and spread a thick coat of batter on to the grill.
5.In 10-15 minutes, the waffles would be ready
