There is a very good Mexican restaurant here called Jose's. They bring you a green sauce that is cool and sometimes a little spicy. It is so good! This is my version and I think it's pretty close and it's so easy! Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 bunchcilantro
1 cupcream cheese greek yogurt mixture
1 largeTomatillo
1 largeCucumber
3 pinchSalt
dashground cumin
1 smallLime
1 smallJalepeno

You will need a blender or food processor. Chop the cilantro from bottom stock. Peel the cucumber. Half or quarter the tomatillo.

Add all ingredients into blender. You can leave the jalepeno out if you don't want the spice. Put on high setting, puree, blend something like that. It only takes a few minutes before it gets smooth.

Once it is blended smoothly put into a bowl and squeeze limevs juice over top. Served cold. Enjoy as a side dip with tortilla chips or on tacos.
