  1. 4 ozstriploin
  2. 1 1/2chopped onion
  3. 3 clovegarlic
  4. 1 tspchili flakes
  5. 1 cupsherry vinegar
  6. 3 bunchchopped parsley stems aswell
  7. 1 ozmint
  8. 1 cupolive oil
  9. 1salt
  10. 1black pepper
  11. 2 tbspdijon mustard
  12. 1 cupcoconut oil
  13. 2 tspfilbert's

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Portion striploin into 4oz piece, season heavily both sides, Sear hot pan 20 seconds a side in coconut oil

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients into food processor, emulsify with oil

  3. 3

    Season too taste, present accordingly

  4. 4

    Roast and heavily salt filberts, gently crush and garnish over whole dish
