Ingredients

  • 4 ozstriploin
  • 1 1/2chopped onion
  • 3 clovegarlic
  • 1 tspchili flakes
  • 1 cupsherry vinegar
  • 3 bunchchopped parsley stems aswell
  • 1 ozmint
  • 1 cupolive oil
  • 1salt
  • 1black pepper
  • 2 tbspdijon mustard
  • 1 cupcoconut oil
  • 2 tspfilbert's

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Portion striploin into 4oz piece, season heavily both sides, Sear hot pan 20 seconds a side in coconut oil

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients into food processor, emulsify with oil

  3. 3

    Season too taste, present accordingly

  4. 4

    Roast and heavily salt filberts, gently crush and garnish over whole dish
