Ingredients

  • 2bananas - cubed
  • 2pears - peeled/cored/cubed
  • 2apples - peeled/cored/cubed
  • 2 tbspstrawberry jam
  • 3 tbsphoney
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1onion
  • 1potato - cubed
  • 3 tbspcurry powder - yellow
  • 3/4 cupcream
  • 1milk
  • 1/4 cupplain flour
  • 600 gramschicken breast - cubed

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Boil chicken and potato until cooked. Drain and set aside, then shred chicken.

  2. 2

    Brown onion & add apple, pears, banana, jam, honey & sugar. Simmer 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add curry powder, potato & shredded chicken.

  4. 4

    Add cream and milk. Thicken curry by mixing flour with milk then adding.
