Ingredients

  1. 21 ozCan apple pie filling
  2. 1 tspGround cinnamon
  3. 1/2 cupButter
  4. 1/2 cupSugar
  5. 1/2 cupBrown sugar
  6. 1/2 cupWater
  7. 1 tspVanilla
  8. 6Flour tortillas

Steps

  1. 1

    Spoon heaping 1/4 cup of pie filling evenly down the center of each tortilla.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle with cinnamon then roll up and tuck in edges and place seam side down in a dish.

  3. 3

    Heat butter, sugar, brown sugar and water in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and stir continuously for 3 min.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, pour sauce over tortillas and let stand for 45min.

  5. 5

    Bake in 350°F oven for 30min or until golden.
