  • 100 gramscastor sugar
  • 250 gramsdairy free spread
  • 50 mlalmond milk
  • 380 gramsself raising flour
  • 150 gramsdark chocolate chips
  • dairy free spread

    Preheat oven to 180°F Celsius

    Cream together sugar and spread until pale and fluffy

  3. 3

    Beat milk into butter mixture

  4. 4

    Sift in flour and mix gently

  5. 5

    Mix in chocolate chips

  6. 6

    Lightly grease cake tin

  7. 7

    Press dough into cake tin until level

  8. 8

    Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown
