Cooking Instructions

Season each pork loin slice with salt, thyme and rosemary

Cover each slice with flour, both sides

Put on each loin a cheese slice
- 4
Then add on top of each one an ham slice
- 5
finish with a sage's leaf and fix everything using a toothpick
- 6
Cook in a pan on the ham side for 3 minutes, then cook the other side for other 3 minutes
