Steps

Roast the baigan and peel and mashed it.

Heat oil in a wok add cumin and hing roast it now add chopped onion,saute it.

When change the colour add garlic and tomatoes add spices and saute till leave the oil.

Now add mashed baingan and cook on low flame for 10minutes.

Serve with roti/paratha.
