  • 5 litreswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take ripe marula fruit and squeeze it inside the bowl of water

  2. 2

    Put your squeezed marula in a bowl in the sun for 3 days to ferment

  3. 3

    Separate the cores with juice and serve it
