Preheat oven to 350°F.

For dough, mix dry ingredients in bowl. Mix in shortening until like coarse crumbs. Add milk and stir.

Gently knead dough on lightly floured surface. Roll out till 1/2 inch thick. Cut into about 2 1/2 inch long and wide square pieces.

In pan mix the shredded pork and BBQ sauce. Add other seasonings if wanted. (Cook pork before adding sauce if it isn't already cooked.)

Put a spoon full of filling in the middle of each dough piece. Fold the edges over to cover filling. Place on cookie sheet.

Cook for 15 min or until golden brown.
