2Boiled potato
5-6Curry leaves
1Green chilli
to tasteFalhari salt (sendha Nanak)
1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
As neededOil
1/4 cupCurd
Wate according to consistency

In pan take oil. Then curry leaves and chopped green chilli.

Add potato, salt and black pepper powder.

After that add curd and mix continuously.

Lastly add water and mix very well.

Satvik food alu sabji is ready to serve.
