Put the milk in khadai and boil

When milk become boil put curd in it and mix well

Keep Stir the milk again and again.meanwhile put doodh masala and saffron in it

Gradually milk reduce and klakand granules will be form
- 5
When Klakand become thick add sugar
- 6
When sugar mix properly and leave the side turn it in to grease plate and set it.
- 7
Garnish the klakand with chopped almond and pista
- 8
Klakand is ready to serve
