Steps

Peel potatoes, then Rinse the potatoes in running water and wipe them dry with a napkin.

Now cut the aloo on slightly thick round or vertically into wedges.

Deep dry them in hot oil, till they are half cooked.
- 4
Remove them from oil Slightly flatten them with a spoon.
- 5
Now again dry them in hot oil till they crisp.
- 6
Remove them on a tissue paper.
- 7
Add all the spices on the fried potato slices.
- 8
Serve hot aloo tuk with chutney.
