Take pan add sugar and stir continuously in medium heat when it caramelized add ghee and chopped cashews now switch off the gas and transfer into greased plate

Now immediately cut into circle shape made two circle from praline

Take a pan add khoya and roast the khoya in medium flame

Now add sugar after 5 min

Now add chopped nuts and cardamom powder

Now cook till it thickens

Take a ring mould put the praline

Now add roasted khoya to it

Keep in refrigerator for 4 hrs

Now whip fresh cream till peaks

Remove from refrigerator put cream to it again keep in refrigerator for 4 hrs

Garnish with chopped nuts and praline

Serve chill
