  1. 1/2 kgChicken
  2. 10Red whole chilli
  3. 3medium size Onion sliced
  4. 10whole black pepper
  5. Salt
  6. 1/2 CupOil
  7. 1Bay leaf
  8. 1 tbspGinger Garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take oil in a pan add onion and 1/2 cup of water and cook for 10 min in steam.

  2. 2

    Now add chicken and all remaining ingredients.

  3. 3

    Cook till chicken tender properly. Now take out in a bowl. Serve with simple white boiled rice or bread.
