Ingredients

20 servings
  • meatball
  • 1/2richmond sausage meat
  • 500 gramsaprox lean beef mince
  • 1pepper good shake
  • 1salt few grinds
  • 2 tspparsley
  • 1/2 tsppaprika
  • 1 cupcooked rice
  • 1egg
  • 3 clovegarlic crushed and finely chopped
  • 1flour
  • sauce
  • 1lloyd grossman tomato and basil sauce
  • 1water

Steps

  1. 1

    throw all in bowl and mix with hands

  2. 2

    make into small balls

  3. 3

    heat oil in bowl

  4. 4

    lightly coat meatball in flour

  5. 5

    cook in batches until browned

  6. 6

    put all back in pan and add sauce

  7. 7

    add 1/3 jar of water

  8. 8

    simmer after boiled for half hour

  9. 9

    only shake at first you can turn gently with knife
