Ingredients

20 servings
  1. meatball
  2. 1/2richmond sausage meat
  3. 500 gramsaprox lean beef mince
  4. 1pepper good shake
  5. 1salt few grinds
  6. 2 tspparsley
  7. 1/2 tsppaprika
  8. 1 cupcooked rice
  9. 1egg
  10. 3 clovegarlic crushed and finely chopped
  11. 1flour
  12. sauce
  13. 1lloyd grossman tomato and basil sauce
  14. 1water

Steps

  1. 1

    throw all in bowl and mix with hands

  2. 2

    make into small balls

  3. 3

    heat oil in bowl

  4. 4

    lightly coat meatball in flour

  5. 5

    cook in batches until browned

  6. 6

    put all back in pan and add sauce

  7. 7

    add 1/3 jar of water

  8. 8

    simmer after boiled for half hour

  9. 9

    only shake at first you can turn gently with knife
