Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsugar
  2. 1 cupKaro light or Dark Corn Syrup
  3. 3eggs
  4. 2 tbspmelted butter
  5. 1 tspvanilla extract
  6. 1 1/2 cup(6ounces ) pecans
  7. 1(9 inch) unbaked or frozen deep dish pie shell

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Mix syrup, eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla. Using a spoon stir in pecans, pour filling into pie crust.

  3. 3

    Bake on center rack of oven for 60-70 minutes. Cool for 2 hours on wire rack before serving. Add vanilla ice cream ( optional)
