  2. 1/2 cupOnion - chopped
  3. 1 cloveGarlic - minced
  4. 3 tbspButter
  5. 2 tspChicken Bullion
  6. 1 cupHot Water
  7. 1/2 tspCumin
  8. 2 cupHalf and Half
  9. 14 ozCan Creamed Corn
  10. 1 canChilies
  11. 2 cupShredded Cheese
  12. 1Tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix chicken, onion, garlic, and butter. Cook until chicken is done.

  2. 2

    Add bullion, hot water, cumin, and half and half. Boil, reduce heat and simmer.

    Add creamed corn, chilies, cheese, and tomato.

    For thicker soup - 3 T butter and 1/4 flour, mix and add
