Bring water to boil in a small sauce pan.

Grate the tomato and the white onion into a bowl.

Pour a tablespoon of olice oil and 1 cup of rice into a large saucepan.

Mix rice until it starts getting a little darker on the corners and it starts making a crackling sound (About 5 minutes on temperature 6).

Add tomato and onion mix.

Add boiling water.

Add in salt, pepper and chicken broth and stir.

Leave for approximately 10 minutes on low and covered.

Mix with a form, check for consistency.
