Ingredients

  • 12 ozshredded hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1 smallonion, sauteed in 1 T butter
  • 2 cancondensed cheddar soup
  • 1 cupshredded cheddar
  • 1/2 tsppaprika
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 6 slicecooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • 1 canFrench's cheddar onions

Steps

    Preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients except French's onions in a large bowl

  3. 3

    Transfer mixture to a 9 x 13 pan

  4. 4

    Bake for 30min

  5. 5

    Remove pan from oven, sprinkle French's onions on top

  6. 6

    Bake for 5 more minutes or until onions are browned
