  1. 2(7 oz) boxes of blueberry muffin mix
  2. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  3. 4 ozcream cheese (room temp.)
  4. 4 ozbutter (room temp.)
  5. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  6. 2eggs
  7. 1 cupwhite chocolate chips

    Combine butter and cream cheese until blended.

  2. 2

    Add eggs, baking soda, and brown sugar. Mix until blended.

  3. 3

    Add muffin mix and white chocolate chips.

  4. 4

    Mix until blended.

  5. 5

    Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  6. 6

    Scoop onto a greased baking sheet spaced 2 inches apart.

    Bake at 350°F for 11 minutes.

    Let cookies cool for 5 minutes before removing from baking sheet.

    Yields about 48 cookies.
