Ingredients

  • 1egg
  • 2 tbsppowdered sugar
  • 1 1/3 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • pinchof salt
  • 1/2 tspcinnamon powder (optional)
  • 3/4 cupjam (any flavour)
  • 3 tbspoil or butter

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Mix all wet ingredients.

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients together. Mix till a flow consistency is reached.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in pan. Add some of the amount of prepared batter.

  5. 5

    Wait and flip.

  6. 6

    Done..!! Serve with your favourite jam or drizzle a bit of honey.
