Cooking Instructions
- 1
Crack and scramble 4 eggs in a dish large enough to soak the bread
- 2
Add a splash of milk
- 3
Add teaspoon of Cinnamon. Mix all the ingredients together
- 4
Heat a large non stick skillet
- 5
Soak bread on both sides in your egg mixture
- 6
Add bread to skillet and cook. If your skillet is hot enough you should be able to only cook on each side for about 3 minutes. You don't want it to be soggy but at the same time not to dry and burnt.
- 7
Add to plate. A dollop of butter on top, a few drizzle of maple syrup, and a few shakes of powdered sugar! Enjoy!

Classic French Toast Classic French Toast
Warm, crispy toast with a cinnamon-sugar topping and some Quebec maple syrup. Whipped cream, fresh fruit, or fruit preserves are excellent additions to this sweet breakfast. Adjust the level of sugar to your liking. You can also make it savoury by omitting the sweet stuff and going with herbs! Try rosemary and paprika, and grease the pan with olive oil instead of butter. Italian seasoning works too.Kit
