combine flour and yeast in a large bowl

combine butter, sugar, water, milk, and salt in medium microwave safe bowl. Then place in microwave for 4 min. on high heat.

Let cool then add to large bowl, add egg, mix then knead. Add flour if needed. cover and let it raise.

roll bread into 1/2 in. balls the place into large pan. let it raise. Bake for 17-20 min.

Add butter to top then let cool
