Cute Candy Cookies Cute Candy Cookies
I saw a cookie with a candy window on a TV show awhile ago. I thought if it could be made with a black cocoa cookie, it'd make for a nice contrast and be really cute, so I gave it a shot. When I put the candy in before baking the cookie dough would become smashed or stick to the candy and it was quite difficult. So I changed the procedure to add the candy during the middle of baking.Try to fill in the gaps with smashed candy bits as much as possible. The baking may differ depending on your household oven, so adjust the temperature and baking time as necessary. If the temperature is too hot, the candy may burn. It might be a good idea to have candy bits left over when baking so you can fill in any gaps. For the candy, I use orange and pineapple flavored Sakuma drops. Recipe by yotiko cookpad.japan -

Cute and Delicious Piped Cookies Cute and Delicious Piped Cookies
I wanted to create a recipe for heavenly smelling and crispy piped cookies made with butter and heavy cream. These are so cute, and you can vary them with different kinds of toppings, like jam, chocolate chips, and citrus peel! It would be nice to give an assortment of these cookies as a gift.Make sure the egg yolk and butter are at room temperature. Don't forget to sift the cake flour 2-3 times. If you use a plastic bag for a piping bag, it might rip, so I recommend using a heavy-duty piping bag (mine ripped since it was from a 100 yen shop). Make lots of different flavors and shapes and enjoy! Recipe by Toiroiro cookpad.japan -

Cute Hedgehog Shaped Steamed Bread Cute Hedgehog Shaped Steamed Bread
My mother used to make these steamed buns for me when I was a child, and they bring back fond memories. I made these for the children of my friend. The key points are to let the dough rise to double its original size during the 2nd rising, and to leave the steamer lid on for 3 minutes after you turn off the heat.Adding kinako to the anko paste will make it a bit stiffer, giving the hedgehogs a nice shape. For 8 buns. Recipe by Masako Bishoku cookpad.japan -
