Preheat oven at 350ºC

seive all the dry ingredients together

whisk the eggs lightly, add the oil, applesauce and sugar, mix well.

add the moringa powder and mix well.

add the applesauce mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.

fold in almonds and raisins, pour into a loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
