2 cupsugar
1 cupmilk
1 tspbaking powder
3 tbspOil

Pre-order heat oven to 140 C

In a bowl, add the flour and baking powder and set aside.

In another bowl, beat the eggs along with 1 tsp vanilla

Add in the sugar, milk and oil and mix well.

Slowly add the dry mixture into the wet mixture and stir very slowly until there is no any flour left. NOTE: Dont over mix.

Divide the batter evenly between two tins.

Place them in the oven for 20 minutes.

When baked.... Leave to cool before decorating.
