Ingredients

30 minutes

  • 1/2cabbage
  • 2 clovesgarlic, chopped
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1green pepper, chopped
  • 4 tbsoil
  • 1 tspBenny spice
  • to tasteSalt
  • Leftover of marinade of any meat

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop and rinse cabbage the leave to drain water

  2. 2

    Fry onion when tender add cabbage

  3. 3

    Add spices and left over of meat marinade stir

  4. 4

    Add green pepper and close the lid let it simmer for 7 min
