Ingredients

2 servings
  1. Chicken
  2. 4Japanese perilla
  3. 1sliced cheese
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. 1Egg
  6. 30 gFlour
  7. 50 gbread crumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken into half.

  2. 2

    Season chicken with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Put sliced cheese and Japanese perilla on the middle of the chicken.

  4. 4

    Break eggs in a plate. Soak checkin in the egg.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle bread crumbs on the both side of the chicken.

  6. 6

    Fry chicken in the pan until golden brown.
