Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupSugar
  • 2 1/2 cupFlour
  • 1/2 tspBaking powder
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 14 tbspButter (1 3/4 stick butter) room temperature
  • 2 tspVanilla extract
  • 2 largeeggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    In a large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt

  3. 3

    Mix butter and sugar with mixer until light and fluffy

  4. 4

    Mix in eggs, one at a time and then vanilla

  5. 5

    Slowly mix flour mixture in with mixer on low

  6. 6

    Roll into inch sized balls

  7. 7

    Roll in sugar

  8. 8

    Put on baking sheet

  9. 9

    Slightly smoosh

  10. 10

    Bake for 10 minutes

  11. 11

    Rotate 5 minutes in

  12. 12

    Let cool on pan for 2 minutes

  13. 13

    Eat when cool
