Ingredients

  1. 2cucumbers, chopped
  2. 5medium tomatoes, chopped
  3. 1red onion, diced
  4. 2to 3 jalapenos minced
  5. 4hass avocados, small cubed
  6. 1 bunchcilantro, chopped
  7. 2 tbspminced garlic
  8. 2 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 cuporange juice
  10. 1/4 cuplemon juice
  11. 1/4 cuplime juice
  12. 2 lbOregon shrimp meat(comes pre-cooked)

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop, mince and dice all ingredients that need to be.

  2. 2

    Combine everything in a nonreactive dish.

  3. 3

    Let all the flavors meld together at leas 4 hours.

  4. 4

    Serve on tostadas, tortilla chips or crackers.
