Quick Mushroom gravy

First sauté onions ginger garlic paste and green chillies in very little oil then add cleaned and peeled mushrooms add salt to taste cook the mushrooms till half done to retain crunchiness, then add fresh cream to it and let it come to a boil. Switch off garnish with coriander and serve hot with roti or rice.
