
simple cheese cake (4 ingredients)

preheat oven to 450°F

in a large mixing bowl, add all three sticks of cream cheese at room temperature and both eggs.

using a fork, mash the eggs into the cream cheese until thoroughly mixed. (will still be lumpy)

add cup of sugar and tablespoon of vanilla and mix together until lumps are gone and mixture is thick and smooth. (I use a whisk and hand mix but you can use an electric mixer if you want)

pour batter into graham cracker pie crust or Oreo pie crust if your a chocolate fan. (I always just buy one to save time)

bake on middle shelf from 30-35 minutes or until top is a dark golden color.

remove from oven and set on a cool surface with a towel underneath so you don't burn a countertop, and let cool for 2-3 hours.

refrigerate overnight. this will thicken up the mixture. the longer you refrigerate it, the thicker and richer it will be.

***DO NOT refrigerate the cheese cake until it is cooled to just Luke warm. otherwise it will heat the inside of your refrigerator and ruin all of your dairy products***

serve cold by itself, but toppings are great too!! enjoy!!
