2 tbspbutter
2 tbspflour
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper
1 cupmilk
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni

Melt butter, add flour and seasonings. stir until smooth and blend well.

Add milk slowly to seasoning mix

Add chese to mix

Combine macaroni and sauce

Place in a greased 8in casserole pan

Bake at 350 for 15-20 min or until golden brown
