Sadly I didn't come up with this one but I wanted to share. I mostly just use it for my Cuban Sliders but it's okay by itself. I would usually recommend putting it in a slow cooker so it comes out more tender but I was in a pinch so I will try it that way next time!

Ingredients

1 hour, 15 minutes
6-8 servings
  1. 1.5 lbpork loin
  2. 1single serving cup cinnamon applesauce
  3. 1/2 cuplight brown sugar
  4. 1 tspground ginger

Steps

1 hour, 15 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.

  2. 2

    Place pork loin in an oven bag in a roasting pan.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients in a small bowl then pour over the pork.

  4. 4

    Seal the bag, cut a few ventilation holes in the top and bake for an hour.

  5. 5

    Verify it is done and let rest for a few before you slice it. Enjoy!!
