  • 1/2 cupMilk
  • 1/4 cupMargarine
  • 1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
  • 2Eggs
  • 3/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cupMarinara sauce

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F Fahrenheit. Light grease a medium baking sheet.

  2. 2

    In a medium sized pan, bring milk and margarine to boil over medium high heat. Stir in flour and reduce heat to low. Stir until thick enough to form into a ball. Remove from heat.

  3. 3

    Beat eggs into mixture until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese.

  4. 4

    Drop the dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baked sheet. Bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

from the first time I made this recipe it's been the most requested at parties. 6 years later and having to make enough for 40!!
