Ingredients

1 hour 45 mins
20 servings
  • 1 can20 oz. pumpkin
  • 1 can12 oz. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspnutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tspcinnamon
  • 1/2 tspGinger
  • 1 1/2 cupsugar
  • 4eggs
  • 1 boxyellow cake mix
  • 1 cupchopped pecans

Steps

1 hour 45 mins
  1. 1

    mix or blend the first 8 ingredients (this includes the eggs)

  2. 2

    Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan

  3. 3

    Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture

  4. 4

    Pour melted butter or olive oleo entire mixture

  5. 5

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.

  6. 6

    Serve warm or cold with whipped topping.
