1 pinchHing
1/2 tspCoriander Seeds
1as needed Salt
1as needed Oil for frying

Senagapappu & minappu (depending on podi required take 1:1 ratio)

Required amt of dry red mirchi

Small spoon dhaniya (half of teaspoon, not tablespoon)

In banal after oil heats add pinch of hing
Then add above ingredients and fry them in sim till golden brown roast

After cooling put in mixie with salt
