Steps

Microwave water for 40 seconds, add yeast and stir.

Let yeast and water stand for about 5 minutes until it looks creamy.

Add rest of pizza dough ingredients including yeast and water and mix together.

Kneed dough until smooth.

Brush bowl with olive oil, add dough to bowl and brush dough with olive oil.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and keep in a warm place for 2 hours until dough doubles in size.

Preheat oven to 450°

Flatten dough and cut into 1/2 inch strips

Knot each strip and place on oiled baking sheet

Blend garlic, oil and parsley in small blender.

Bake for 8 minutes then 7 minutes until golden brown.

After done baking place knots in bowl and pour garlic oil over the knots.

Coat knots with garlic oil by mixing the knots in the bowl.
