Boil pasta sheets & set aside

Chop onion , 1 garlic , carrots , bell peppers and saute in olive oil . Finally add salt and italian seasoning . Keep aside .

Making of white sauce : melt butter in a pan and saute chopped garlic . Add flour in it and stir to make a smooth paste . Slowly add milk and whisk to attain a creamy sauce . Add sugar and salt and set aside .

Now take the boiled pasta sheets and start stuffing the vegetables in it and roll the sheets . Arrange all rolled sheets in a baking tray . Pour the white sauce over the rolls lavishly . Add olives and a little bit of seasoning . Cover the dish wholly with grated parmesan and mozarella . Bake for 5 mins at 600 watts .
