Steps
- 1
In a pot, warm up milk on a low flame. Keep the whole time on a low flame to prevent the milk from burning.
- 2
When semi-warm add vanilla sugar & regular sugar. Mix well.
- 3
When nice & warm, add they farina. To avoid clumping, mix the milk constantly while adding the farina to the milk.
- 4
Once farina is added let it rest for 2-3 min. Than mix again well. Let rest for few min, than mix again. Till you see the milk become a thick mixture.
- 5
Close the flame, give a final mix & cover the pot. Let rest for around 5-7 min.
- 6
Serve with some cocoa sprinkled on top.
- 7
Optional: If you prefer the farina a bit looser, you can always add some milk. And add some more sugar for sweeter taste.
- 8
Bon Appetite!
