Ingredients

  1. 4eggs
  2. 1 cupvegetable oil
  3. 1 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1 tspvanilla
  5. 1 cupmilk
  6. 3 tbspcocoa powder
  7. 2 tspbaking powder
  8. 2 cupall-purpose flour

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. 2

    Add wet ingredients plus sugar and beat for 3 min.

  3. 3

    Add baking powder and flour and mix for about 3 min.

  4. 4

    Add mixture to a greased and floured cake pan.

  5. 5

    Bake for about 20 - 25 min. You can usually smell when a cake is done. Use a toothpick, if it comes out clean your cake is done.

Do the cocoa powder and vanilla go in with the flour? Or should they be mixed with the wet ingredients before adding the flour? Thanks!
