Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Let it come to room temp for 10mins

  2. 2

    Season steak with paprika & mixed herbs on both sides

  3. 3

    Add oil to pan & fry steak on high heat

  4. 4

    Turn every 2 mins and 8 mins in total

  5. 5

    Add knob of butter for last minute

  6. 6

    Let stand for 3 mins then serve
