Ingredients

  1. 1 canCream of onion soup
  2. 1 canCream of mushroom
  3. 1 canChicken broth
  4. 4 eachBoneless chicken breasts
  5. 1 packagesMixed frozen vegetables
  6. 1 packagesRefrigerator biscuits
  7. 2 dashsalt
  8. 2 dashpepper

  1. 1

    Mix the three cans of soup and salt/pepper together in your crockpot. Place the 4 chicken breasts in the crock pot covering them with the soup mixture. The chicken breast can be frozen. They will have plenty of time to cook thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Set crock to high, and let cook for 6 hours or more.

  3. 3

    Before serving, cook biscuits as directed. Steam vegetables as directed.

  4. 4

    Pull the chicken apart in crock pot into bite-size pieces. Stir in steamed vegetables.

  5. 5

    Serve over torn biscuit pieces
