Ingredients

  1. 2 cupflour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 tspbaking powder
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  6. 1/2 cupshortning
  7. 2 mediumbananas
  8. 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    turn on slow cooker to high

  2. 2

    mash bananas in small bowl

  3. 3

    add walnuts

  4. 4

    mix everything but walnuts in large bowl until evenly mixed

  5. 5

    place into slow cooker

  6. 6

    put into loaf pan

  7. 7

    cook for 2 hours
