Ingredients

  • 2 cupflour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 cupshortning
  • 2 mediumbananas
  • 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    turn on slow cooker to high

  2. 2

    mash bananas in small bowl

  3. 3

    add walnuts

  4. 4

    mix everything but walnuts in large bowl until evenly mixed

  5. 5

    place into slow cooker

  6. 6

    put into loaf pan

  7. 7

    cook for 2 hours
