Steps

First take a bowl mix maida and milk to make a paste if it is thick then add some more milk in it (just like pakoras mixture)

Take a pan put oil for deep frying bananas when it gets hot then dip banana pieces in the maida mixture and fry it till golden brown in colour

Than take another pan for making caramel put sugar in it on medium gas flame when sugar starts melting sim down the gas mix in btwn it looks brown in colour

After that dip fried bananas in caramel and take out in plate..
